Loch Lomond New Build

After multiple recommendations, we were approached by our client to deliver the full ground-up construction of this stunning new-build home overlooking Loch Lomond. From the outset, the brief was to create a highly bespoke, future-proofed property with exceptional build quality and cutting-edge technology throughout.

We carried out all aspects of the works, including groundworks, installation of a sewage treatment plant, structural blockwork, timber kit erection, roofing, heating and plumbing, electrics, and a complete internal and external finishing package.

Internally, the property features a bespoke oak staircase, five luxury bathrooms, all finished to an exceptional standard, incorporating Japanese smart toilets for enhanced comfort and functionality. Bespoke cabinetry has been designed and installed throughout the home, providing seamless storage solutions.

The entire house is controlled via an advanced KNX and Lutron smart home system, integrating heating and cooling, lighting, blinds, solar panels, battery storage, and all auxiliary systems into one intuitive platform. In addition, we designed and installed a fully bespoke automatic front door, which opens on command using facial recognition technology.

Externally, we will deliver a comprehensive landscaping package to enhance the setting and maximise the home’s relationship with its surroundings.

This project is due for completion in June 2025 and will stand as a showcase of modern construction.
