Double Garage, Killearn, Stirling

A double garage we built in the heart of Killearn. The brief was to construct a 90 sqm garage featuring a 5 m Hörmann garage door, a dedicated bike store, and an adjoining tool store.

The roof was clad in Greencoat anthracite aluminium, with matching fascia and soffits. External walls were finished with a silicone-based render, and we constructed a concrete ramp and installed a seamless resin garage floor.

This project presented several complex groundwork challenges, including mains underground cables, culverts, and sewers, all of which were successfully overcome. The result is a fantastic, high-quality space that adds both security and style to our client’s property.
